Our Winery
Australia recently began to lead the world in winery design and engineering. The Cumulus winery at Cudal is a benchmark example of this leadership.
Designed to maximise wine quality, its integrated features include minimal handing, precise temperature control and gentle extraction — enabling our winemakers to direct quality at every stage of the process.
The winery has a 10,000 tonne vintage capacity, supported by state-of-the-art fermentation and maturation capabilities and 8 million litres of wine storage capacity.
A major attraction for visitors is its underground barrel hall, carved from volcanic rock. This is where we host our extremely popular wine dinners, attended by over a hundred people at a time.
