Our Winery

THE CUMULUS WINERY... at Cudal via Orange is a benchmark example of winery design and engineering. Designed to maximise wine quality, its integrated features include minimal handling, precise temperature control and gentle extraction- enabling our winemakers to direct quality at every stage of the process.

The winery has a 10,000 tonne vintage capacity, supported by state-of-the-art fermentation and maturation capabilities and 8 million litres of wine storage capacity, mostly in unique underground barrel hall carved out of volcanic rock.
