Grown from our premium blocks, fermented and matured in French oak, available in a limited range of Chardonnay and Merlot, it provides the perfect partner to a range of cuisines.
The limited Six Hundred Above range has been established as our exclusive wine, available only in restaurants / dining venues. The Chardonnay - stone fruit further defined as white peach and nectarine, medium palate weight helped by a subtle hint of oak and creaminess, softly textured, balanced acidity giving palate drive and length. The Merlot – the palate is medium bodied, plush mid palate weight, hints of cool climate spice mainly white pepper, fine persistent tannins, finely integrated oadk, bright acidity driving palate length.
