The Cumulus wines source hand-picked fruit from the very best parcels within our high-altitude, vineyard estate. These wines are meticulously hand-crafted using wholebunch pressing, natural yeast barrel fermentation and then matured in a combination of French and American oak.

The name Cumulus references the cotton-like cumulus clouds that crown the landscape of the vineyard and inspire our dedication to quality and sustainability.CumulusBottles

Cumulus Chardonnay
An elegant, tightly structured wine with complex flavours of lemon, grapefruit, quince and biscuit. Added complexity and minerality is achieved through the combination of wild and cultured yeast fermentation. Matured in French oak barriques for 10 months prior to release.

Cumulus Shiraz
Offers rich and intense fruit flavours of red berries, blueberries, cherries and cream with a refined cool-climate Shiraz backbone. Winery handling includes small vat fermentation over 10 days with twice daily pumping-over, racking and maturation in American and French oak barriques for 12 months.
