ROLLING Wines

The sub-600m Central Ranges portion of our vineyard is the source for our Rolling wines where the fruit is gently nurtured to present perfectly balanced, ready to enjoy wines. The rhythmic rise and fall of these lower reaches of the vineyard, starting at 557m altitude, inspired the naming of these wines.

Rolling Sparkling Pinot Grigio Chardonnay
A unique and exciting blend of two varieties that excel in the cooler climate. This sparkling wine shows bright fruit flavours with a crisp, clean finish. Also available in 200ml.

Rolling Moscato
Frizzante (semi-sparkling) in style, this Moscato is fresh, fragrant and redolent of apricots, rose petals and pink lady apples. Refreshing and low in alcohol it literally sparkles across the palate.

Rolling Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Zesty, citrus notes from the Semillon and a hint of grassiness from the Sauvignon Blanc combine to create a crisp, lively, dry white wine.

Rolling Chardonnay
A modern, elegant Chardonnay, this wine shows white peach and nectarine fruits. Lees stirring adds complexity, texture and creaminess to the mid-palate.

Rolling Pink
Lovely ripe strawberries and cherries are perfectly balanced by a touch of minerality and cool-climate leafiness. A serious Rosé full of flavour.

Rolling Cabernet Merlot
Bright cherries, blueberries and spice notes blend smoothly in this well-balanced, softly-structured wine. Ripe, fine tannins add length to the palate.

Rolling Shiraz
Generous fruit weight and soft, supple tannins with ripe berry characters that carry through to the finish. Deliberately light on tannins and oak, the wine shows lovely balance and vibrant fruit flavours.
