Cumulus wines are meticulously hand-crafted in exceptional vintages. Grown from premium blocks in the vineyard, (above 600 metres) they are whole bunch pressed, natural yeast barrel fermented and matured in a combination of French and American oak for 12 months.
Six Hundred Above was borne by our team of highly experienced winemakers. The 600 metres above elevation of the grapes brings depth and intensity of flavour. Higher in acidity, these grapes make the wine crisp, bright and vibrant yet with an elegance and finesse that will complement a hearty meal.
Climbing wines are harvested from blocks above 600 metres. These low yielding vines provide fruit of intense, yet elegant, flavour. The name Climbing is inspired by the higher elevation vines that give this wine such a unique character.
Rolling grapes are grown between 557-600 metres (Central Ranges appellation). Inspired by the rolling hills of the Central Ranges, Rolling wines are perfectly balanced and ready to enjoy. Our cool climate, coupled with bright sunlight, produces fruit of incredible colour and vibrant flavours.

Block 50 wines are produced from the most coveted block of vines in our vineyard. These mature plantings have played a major role in establishing Orange as a world class wine region. Sustainable viticultural practices have allowed the vines to naturally thrive, producing fruit with incredible depth and pure varietal character.
Sourced from our Estate vineyard in the Central Ranges of New South Wales, the Chasing Clouds range is inspired by the stunning scenery that this region of Australia evokes. The vines are low yeild, providing intense flavours and even berry ripening. The wines are vibrant, whilst retaining the elegant characteristic of the high elevation terrior. (Europe Only)
Inkberry's high elevation mountain estate is perched on the slopes of the Great Dividing Range and enjoys an unusual intensity of highland sunshine and UV light, giving the small clusters of grapes a fantastic dark, inky colour.
